Finola Renshaw

About Finola Renshaw

Finola works as a digital producer for an autism research organisation alongside running her own business in digital design and user experience. She has a strong background working in educational institutions in the field of media and communications, including as a lecturer, facilitator and project manager. +

Alongside working professionally with different age and ability groups, Finola’s upbringing in a unique community that provided personalised care to adults with special needs has given her a broad exposure to the diverse needs of individuals in society at large.

Finola achieved First Class Honours in a Bachelor of Broadcast and Multimedia Technology before completing her Masters qualification in Management. In addition to this, she also holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education (Post-16) and most recently completed her yoga teacher training with senior teachers in Brisbane.

With perfectionist and workaholic tendencies, she has dedicated much of her personal time to studying and practising traditional techniques known to reduce the negative impacts of stress and anxiety and improve work-life balance.

Of particular interest to her are mindfulness, insight meditation, restorative yoga and other movement and exercise practices. She is known for appreciating the finer (yet often simpler) beauties in life, and loves being out in nature, walking barefoot on the beach and getting lost in the flicker of a campfire.
