Dane Renshaw

About Dane Renshaw

Dane is a regulatory consultant for the complementary medicines industry and a qualified naturopath. His key interests include memory, neurochemistry and the way the brain works to communicate its messages throughout the body.

--

Dane heads a regulatory affairs and product development team at one of Australia’s leading practitioner only nutritional supplement companies. He has a history working in research in the fields of phytochemistry, herbal medicine, pharmacology, nutrition and chemistry, and has advised numerous leading brands - both in Australia and internationally - on product development, regulatory affairs and the entire process to successfully bring products to market.

With an interest and understanding of the complexities and challenges faced by individuals and families as a result of substance abuse, he pursued the path of natural medicine and achieved a Bachelor of Naturopathy, with First Class Honours in Phytochemistry and Pharmacology. He co-authored numerous peer reviewed journal publications before transitioning from academia into the corporate world.

He has a keen interest in helping people achieve optimal states of wellbeing, and tries to achieve this in his personal life through activities such as rock climbing, yoga, surfing, music and meditation. He is known to be passionate about quality food, and rarely cooks with fewer than five different vegetables per meal. He is also known to be a little chaotic in the kitchen.

Please note: all views expressed on this blog are mine alone and not representative of my employer. Although I work for a high quality nutritional supplement company, Mindful Moo is not designed to promote any brands, but rather provide unbiased, objective information.

Although within my posts I provide information based on the latest scientific research, as we are all so different I suggest that you talk to your healthcare professional prior to making any lifestyle changes based on anything written on this site.
